Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when your package leaves our facility.

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days for most destinations after dispatch. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service. Free or discounted shipping may apply to qualifying orders — any active promotion will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

Once shipped, tracking details are sent to the email address on your order. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Wholesale & bulk orders

Large or wholesale orders may ship in multiple packages or on a separate timeline. Our team will confirm details for bulk shipments when applicable.
