Returns, exchanges, and how we handle order issues.
We want you to be confident in every order from Fuel Stop Hub. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you toward a fair resolution.
Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with original packaging where applicable. Opened or used cables and adapters may not qualify for return unless defective.
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos where helpful. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
For standard retail orders, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Bulk and wholesale purchases may have different return terms agreed at the time of sale. Please contact us before returning large quantities.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
